8-Hour Diet, as the name suggests, is taken from the book The 8-Hour Diet: Watch the Pounds Disappear Without Watching What You Eat! by David Zinczenko and Peter Moore. According to them, the only meal for a period of eight hours for three days a week, your weight will shrink.
